Gracious Space Mastery and Certification Course
This cohort-based, rigorous Train-the-Trainer program is for for leaders, facilitators, consultants, and trainers with pre-existing knowledge and practice with Gracious Space, who wish to become certified to teach and facilitate with the curriculum. Cost is $495-$695.

Creating Equity with Gracious Space Workshop
Schedule Pat to lead a workshop or keynote about her 2023 book, Creating Equity with Gracious Space: Applications in Inclusion and Belonging. She will provide specific ways to leverage Gracious Space to foster more belonging, equity, access, and inclusion. Cost varies.

Based on the book Gracious Space: A Practical Guide to Working Better Together. Learn how spirit, setting, inviting difference and learning in public together can move a group forward with collective intention.
Courageous Collaboration and Leadership
Based on the book Courageous Collaboration: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation, this 3-hr workshop takes a deep dive into the personal and group patterns that restrain or enhance collaboration, including a tool for assessing and building courageous collaboration, and small group work on current challenges.
The Art and Science of Facilitation
From group facilitation to running meetings, participants will learn best practices for increasing engagement and results. This course includes a facilitator skills assessment, and approaches for both in-person and online facilitation success.
Coaching Skills for Managers
Growing your own leaders and fostering problem-solving skills in others are critical skill for managers. This 3-hour workshop describes the “coaching mindset” and provides immediately useable tools for listening deeply, asking questions and guiding employee’s growth and success.
