This is a cohort-based, rigorous Train-the-Trainer program for leaders, facilitators, and trainers with pre-existing knowledge and practice with Gracious Space, who wish to become certified to teach and facilitate with the curriculum. Cost is $495-$695.

Creating Equity with Gracious Space Workshop
Based on Pat’s new book, Creating Equity with Gracious Space: Applications in Inclusion and Belonging, these two workshops provide specific ways to leverage Gracious Space to foster more belonging, equity, access, and inclusion. Participants will gain ideas to implement as well as the support, wisdom, and camaraderie of other participants. These are stand-alone workshops; however, we highlight different approaches, so both are beneficial. Cost is $35 each or $60 for both. See the Description for details. The Art and Science of Facilitation
From group facilitation to running meetings, participants will learn best practices for increasing engagement and results. This course includes a facilitator skills assessment, and approaches for both in-person and online facilitation success.
Coaching Skills for Managers
Growing your own leaders and fostering problem-solving skills in others are critical skill for managers. This 3-hour workshop describes the “coaching mindset” and provides immediately useable tools for listening deeply, asking questions and guiding employee’s growth and success.
Courageous Collaboration
Based on the book Courageous Collaboration: From Small Openings to Profound Transformation, this 3-hr workshop takes a deep dive into the personal and group patterns that restrain or enhance collaboration, including a tool for assessing and building courageous collaboration, and small group work on current challenges.
